Trust, security & privacy

This page is maintained by Dunamis Management to answer common security and privacy questions about our website and client engagements. It is editable content authored by us and is not an independent certification or audit.

Shared responsibility

Dunamis Management is responsible for how we operate this website and how we handle information shared with us by prospects and clients. Hosting and platform infrastructure are provided by our underlying platform vendors, who are responsible for the security of the platform itself. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information they share with us and for their own internal access controls.

Access & authentication

Internal tools used by Dunamis staff are protected with individual accounts and strong authentication. Access to client information is limited to the team members who need it for a given engagement. We review access periodically and remove it when no longer required.

Data we collect on this site

This marketing website collects only the information you choose to send us through the contact form (such as your name, email, company and message). We use that information to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell personal information. If you would like your enquiry data deleted, contact us using the details below.

Subprocessors & integrations

We use a small number of reputable third-party providers for hosting, email delivery and analytics. We choose providers who offer appropriate security practices for the type of data they handle. If you need a current list of subprocessors for a specific engagement, please request it via the contact below.

Retention & deletion

We retain enquiry and engagement information for as long as it is needed to provide our services and to meet legitimate business and legal obligations. You may request deletion of personal information you have shared with us; we will action reasonable requests unless we are required to retain the information.
